One of the approaches that I use for my son's marksmanship training program is the conduct of mini-competition. Here, I challenged him to a 3-round shooting match in air-rifle. The teacher is always the winner: If he wins the match by outpointing the student, that is not news anymore. If the student wins, it means he is a good mentor.
